HART Therapies offers child, adolescent, individual and family therapy in Port Macquarie. We work with individuals and families who may be experiencing difficulties or need a little extra support. 

In our work with children we recognise that parenting and maintaining healthy family relationships is hard, and sometimes it can help to have a therapist involved to work with your child, or work with you and your child together. HART therapies offers Interplay which is a unique form of child-centred play therapy that invites the parents into the therapy space where needed to enhance the therapeutic value for the child. We know that children exist as a part of a family system and that the most impactful healing happens when important members of that system are in tune with one another. 

We at HART therapies also recognize that as individuals we can carry the impact of past adverse experiences into our current relationships. This can make achieving our relationship goals more difficult than it needs to be. Lisa can work with people of all ages to safely attune to those parts of themselves that have been neglected or buried within us that may be holding us back from embracing our true identity and fully enjoying life.
